Please Help - Game options in menu tab not working

If you use mods or cc, that is the first thing to check. Are you using any ui Mods such as more columns or ui cheats? 

Try removing your mods folder, then delete the cache files, load the game and see if that helps.

I didn't have very many mods but I discovered it was the color slider mod I had installed for hair. 

I was dreading having to look high and low for the mod that was doing this, it turns out it was the same mod you had the issue with, you saved me tons of time Thank you! 

@SoaringEnyo It's one that breaks fairly often when any UI changes in a game update. It was updated yesterday. Lots more to check for in the pinned Broken/Updated Mods & CC list. (And more to come later today.)
