Please help fix glitch
Anyone know how I might fix this, I have uninstalled and redownloaded twice still looks like this.

If you use mods or custom content, please remove the entire Mods folder and see whether the problem is gone. You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
If the problem is a mod, you can add them back in batches, testing each time; when the error shows up again, split the last batch and retest until you find the issue. Or if you have a lot of mods and cc to sort through, the 50/50 method can make the process much more efficient.
