Please help I have an unplayable lot in Henford on Bagley on PC

Is anyone else having a problem with the live mode while in the 64X64 lot in Henford on Bagley? I can only see the exterior of the house and I can't remove the walls down or up to play in the interior of the house, meaning my sims can't even go into the house.  If I try to use the arrow keys in live mode they don't work even when I use the up and down on my keyboard it will not work.  It is ok in build mode, so that is not a problem.  It just makes it unplayable when your sims can't even go into their lot.  I have no CC or Mods installed in my game so that is not the issue.  I need help as I feel it is a waste when not being able to play on this lot!  Please help, is this a glitch in everyone's game or is it just an issue I am having? I have tried to bulldoze and replace but that does not work either, it doesn't even help to replace to whole other house!

    Try these steps (in this order).

    1. Save your house to the library (if you don't have it there yet).

    2. Load your save game through the Load Button instead of resume

    3. From the map, choose Evict on the household.

    4. Still from the map, replace the building with your library copy

    5. Still on the map: Move the family back in (through the household manager)

    6. Load the lot.

    7. It should now be playable

    @Tessie74 It sounds like the family doesn't recognize the lot as their own. What happens if you move them to a different lot ?

    I have had them living on another lot and it's ok.  The problem I'm having is that I cannot even play on this lot as you can only see the exterior and not even use the arrow up and down to even see inside the house at all, however you can in build mode.  So it's only an issue when playing in live mode.  If you let the sims go at their own free will they will go inside but you cannot even see them inside their as you cannot remove the arrows up and down to see half walls etc (I hope this makes sense).  I really am at a loss to what to do, it's only on this lot I have tried all other lots in Henford on Bagley.  I'm wondering has anyone else had this problem?  I will post some screen shots to show you the lot in question and where I'm having the problem.

    @Tessie74 yes, it's like visit another lot and haven't knocked on the door yet. The game seems to think your folks don't live there but there's no knock interaction and as you said, they do go in on their own.. Usually moving out and back in helps with that.

    I take it you've also tested another family ?

    Yes I have tried another family, it’s just so frustrating and I’m wondering what it is about this specific lot that it is happening to!?
