Please Help with this glitch

for WEEKS I've had this UI glitch in my CAS and game. I finally fixed my CAS and thought it was over. but no, every time there is an event it looks like this. I know it's a mod I just don't know which or where to even start. maybe with even mods? just a long process...
please help!!!

    TOOL, CC wrench replacement mods, More Columns in CAS, UI Cheats, a few world related mods like Zerbu's All World's Are Residential, and Neia's More Clubs Per Sim are ones that will break after almost every patch. Don't forget to clear your localthumbcache as well after you've deleted the broken mod. Also, wrong forum section, the one above this one is what you wanted to post in.
