"Practice" option on all instruments disappears

I made a new game with two new sims and put one of them in the acting career. I picked the country commercial for my first gig, bought a guitar, and noticed whenever I would practice my sim's guitar ...

    @Chante1228 Sims doesn't have a trait by that name and I don't recognize the mod. If you're using an older custom trait, there's a good chance it's no longer compatible with the game

I did what you said, but as soon as I put the saves in the problem came back.
I think what was causing the problem was the "Brooding" trait. It wasn't showing up in The Sims Tray importer and I couldn't find it in my Mods folder but I gave the trait to a few sims and ran into the same issue.
It hasn't spread to the second sim this time around so I just made a twin of the glitched sim without the trait and deleted the original. I haven't played on it long but hopefully it doesn't pop up again

@Chante1228 Did you just put the saves back without the mods you had ? Normally traits should be replaced if they are missing.

Did the Sims just not have a trait or was the brooding still showing up on the Sims without mods/cc ?
