I’m not sure what the problem is, but i still can’t take a pregnancy test or have the option for tampons and pads

If you have Lumpinou's pregnancy test bugfix mod, remove it. It's obsolete after yesterday's patch.
Check Broken & Updated Mods & CC for if mods you use are updated or confirmed compatible. Not all mods that have menstrual systems have been updated or said by their creator to be compatible with the patch. Many creators were waiting for yesterday's patch to start updating/testing, and some are on holidays.
