Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? Pc What expansions, ...
I took all my mods out and got the same thing. So I went on my other Microsoft account with no cc anything and got the same reaction. And no my sims weren’t on vacation.
@amayasimmer1234 Could you please screenshot your user folder location? Here's how to find what to screenshot: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
You could also generate a list of mods (after putting them back) following the instructions at the end of How to Use Mods and CC
Is this what I was supposed to screenshot?
@amayasimmer1234 No, I want to see the load screen inside the game, like in Crinrict's screenshot.
However, you have a localthumbcache file dated *before* you posted here. That file needs to be deleted when you remove mods for testing, or the game might not act as if you've removed them. Drag that Mods folder to your desktop (not just individual mods from it), delete the localthumbcache file, and try again. You can also delete all those old last exception and last crash files.
