previous cc suddenly not showing up, but new cc placed in same folder does

I need some help. I have a lot of CC in my mods folder, and I was adding some more before I started playing again. When the game launched, I noticed my CC popup list was super short and only the few mods I added right before were in game. I tried everything, I repaired the game, I took all the mods out and put them back in, I disabled/enabled mods and scripts, I really don't know what to do. I am super proud of my CC collection and I honestly don't want to play without it. If anyone has experienced this before or has any ideas please help me out.
