I'm having this issue as well. I was using a modded bed and the issue was happening. I thought it was the bed, so I changed it to a base game bed and the issue is still happening. My Sims will just teleport outside of the bed when they wake up. A lump will be present in the bed as if they are still sleeping there for a little bit then disappear.
