problem with the new expansion pack

Hey!  I have problems with the new sims 4 expansion pack! I pre ordered it last week and downloaded it now that it released, but I don’t get it to work! I can’t get to the world map, when I click on...

Im going to go ahead and remove TOOL as of now and see if it is TOOL thats causing it. I just did EA cache cleaning. And well while i refuse to pay w/o mods, i will try that as a last resort to confirm that the new expansion pack is just incompatible with mods. will keep u all posted

    EA cache - nordhaven is still white

    removed TMEX TOOL from my mods folder - I can actually see nordhaven!

     

    so its not a Mods problem, I think theres something wrong w/ TMEX TOOL
