Problems with certain cc hairs in CAS

Hi, so i've had this problem for a couple months now, probably since the July update but im not completely sure when it startet.

I have done retextures for years, and all of a sudden i went into CAS to take some pics of my new creations when I see that some of the hairs are just a completely different hue, kind of.. it's hard to explain so i've added photos, these are both my retextures so they should look identical, color wise. This problem only occurs on SOME hairs, mostly from 2-3 creators, and on hairs that have never done this before, some that looked fine just a few months ago!

I have tried everything i can think of to fix this, i have repaired my game, completely reset it, i have removed all cc from the mods folder, re-downloaded the hairs and tried multiple times, checked older downloads to see if they suddenly have the same issue, and they do. I have laptop mode checked off, i have not changed any of my graphics settings AND i have asked someone to check in their game to see if they have the same issue, but they don't.. so it's an issue completely on my end, I have googled a million times looking for someone with the same problem or a solution, but nothing, and i'm going insane!!! i also tried to check if my graphics card needed an update but according to ASUS there hasn't been an update since 2023. At this point i'll try any suggestions, im desperate!

@fvao08isau Are you using any shaders? I wonder if that might have an impact. There's also been an HQ Mod update recently - not sure if that would impact it.

No, no shaders or HQ mod as i'm playing on a laptop, and im scared it won't run great with it..

@fvao08isau At this point, then, I have no ideas left other than removing everything else from Mods and looking at those alone. There's nothing baked in that would see some alpha hairs differently from others, and nothing known in recent updates has suggested that it would affect hairs nonuniversally.

@fvao08isau And this is affecting only some CC, and not any game items? Just checking on that bit, because if it's affecting game items, it might be more a technical issue.

Yes, only hairs from two creators that i've seen so far at least, and it's both new and older hairs, but not all from these certain creators.. I also have not noticed it on any other forms of cc, so i'm pretty sure it only applies to hairs..

@fvao08isau Honestly, I'm stumped on this one. You could try asking in, perhaps, the Sims 4 Studio forums to see if someone there recognizes the issue.
