Problems with the sims inventory

Which language are you playing the game in? Deutsch
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.375.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? almost all except werewolves and high school pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? unfotunately i don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sim inventory is always empty. I can't put things into it. I try it with drag and drop but also when i let go the mouse, the cursor remains as if i drag the left mouse button. I can't receive gifts, because they aren't in the inventory when i get one.
What do you expect to see? things in my inventory and ability to put somethin in it

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. i have disinstalled the whole game and expansion packs. Then i reinstalled them and started the game only with one mod (MCCC) it worked perfectly how i can say. Then i put one mod after the other in the mods folder and there was no extension error until the last one i've put inside. And now, even if i remove the mod (which i think causes the problem with the mods) it gives me always an error with the mods.
