[PS5] Likes and dislikes conversation broken

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PlayStation 5
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Click on the likes and dislikes sections and ask favorite music decor etc and click get to know.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on the likes and dislikes section in the pie menu. Click on Get To Know and ask about favorite music,decor etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim your asking doesn't answer you'll never get an answer totheir favorite music,current traits,favorite decor etc. They just chat.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see this fixed. Since the likes and dislikes got their own section the interactions have been broken.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The pre ep HSY patch.

I suspect this is also happened on the PC version as well but haven't tested the pc version.
