Purple spot in centre of screen

I'm getting a purple spot in the centre of my screen since the new update and when i try and cook it happens and when i try and get my dogs to eat this happens i've take out my mods and this still happens any ideas and i have tried to repair the game twice so far.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
