I'm not sure exactly sure what you expect to happen. When we get updates, they never affect lots since replacing or altering a premade lot via patch will wipe out any changes or rebuilds players have made to their lots in their game if it happens to be the one replaced. So, it's no surprise that the floor tiles haven't been changed.
But you can fix them easily enough. Just draw walls around the tiles that have the wood grain running the wrong way, then drop the walls so you can see the floor inside. Use the dropper to select the floor tile and use the < and > (over the comma and period keys) to rotate the tile until it points the right way. Then delete the walls you added around the tile. Since one of the walls in your pic is an apartment exterior wall which can't be deleted, not a problem, but you might have to repaint after deleting the other walls. If the outside paint on that wall gets messed up, just select any paint and click on it and the original exterior paint will restore itself.
