Question about the SimID

Hi, I just wanted to ask… how many digits should my sim id be? I saw some cheats involving the sim id, and I read somewhere that it should be 18 digits, but mine is 19 digits. Furthermore, nothing happens when I type in cheats, and I’ve already turned on testingcheats true. Is there something wrong? All of my sims are like this.
