@DesertDogSouth Are you sure it's not a visual trick ? there's a thread somewhere with snow inside where it's not actually snowing inside but to some people it appears that way.

I'm playing in a house. It is a visual trick yes, but it's annoying. I know it's not actually raining, but you know, something about seeing rain inside the house is annoying lol. Do you know a way to fix it?
- @DesertDogSouth Maybe do some re-decorating to see if you can get rid of it by placing the windows differently ?

It's not just one house though, it's every building. It's definitely something to do with the graphics.
