Raise/Lower not working

When I press "9" on the numpad it doesn't raise the object. If numlock is on it does nothing, if numlock is off it just goes to the upper floor.

I've seen other people with this problem, but in their situation 9 makes their camera go to a preset or whatever. That doesn't happen to me.

I have bb.moveobjects on too, but it doesn't help.

It worked a couple months ago. It's never worked since.

Help is much appreciated.
