random dip in the floor?? ts4 on pc
i attached a couple pics of it. i've tried deleting the floor/whole room and rebuilding it, and editing the terrain but nothing works. i just covered it with a rug for now. any ideas?

Is there a basement or stairs or anything under there? What if you pick up the room and move it - does the glitch move with the room or stay with that section of terrain?
In addition to what @PipMenace mentions, what I see in the 1st pic is the foundation has gone missing and/or invisible on you. That usually happens when you have a fence on a foundation tied into the house or an enclosed courtyard. Another pic with a wider view of the build would be helpful to diagnose the problem.
If you would like, I can take a look at the build to see if I can find the cause. Just upload the build to the Gallery and respond here with the name of the build and your user ID if different from the one you've used here. I will dl it and take a look and let you know what I find.
