Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? running/visiting a restaurant
What happens when the bug occurs? sims will autonomously do romantic interactions with random sims, even with no prior relation.
What do you expect to see? two random sims sharing a kiss is the most common interaction I've seen and it doesn't stop until I leave the restaurant plot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

I recently purchased dine out - I was aware that it was buggy but I didn't realise truly how unplayable it is without the assistance of mods (and it's still far from perfect!).

I've experienced a number of bugs, but this one in particular I saw prior threads about. I'm unsure if this is a recent issue since the latest patch as I've only had the pack for a few days now. 

I've noticed random townies participating in romantic interactions even if they didn't attend the restaurant together - It also made no difference if they were acquainted or not as even the sim I was controlling would be kissed by customers.

I'm also unsure if this is a mod issue but I've tried both with and without my mods - neither making a difference as long as I was on a restaurant plot.
