Not sure if it's just me, but after the last update, I once again have people walking into my house, locked or not, at all hours. I hate it. It's super annoying. Sometimes they're helpful and take out trash and do dishes, but they also take baths and eat my food -_- There's also no option to Send Home. I do have CC and mods, but this has worked fine in the past. Not sure if this is a bug, but ANYTHING to stop this will help.

This is, indeed, super annoying.
If you have MC Command Center, you can use MC Cheats -> Make Sim Leave to get rid of them.
Before I used MCCC, I used to invite the rando to travel with me, take them to the park, and then return home without them. I used to call this "the middle-school solution," and I used to have to do it with Father Winter every year the day after Winterfest.
In which world occur this problem? Are you living in a normal/tiny/taunted-house or in an apartment?
It happens in a few places, but currently I am playing in Sulani. No tiny homes, just regular lots.
Hahahaha @daikoyu is making sure you're not experiencing my bug report, lol.
Basically: If you play as a special lot (Haunted House, Tiny House) in Sulani or Evergreen Harbor, the Welcome Wagon is broken and NPCs show up daily at Welcome Wagon time to raid your home, use your coffee maker, etc. If it's just a regular residential lot in Sulani it's probably fine. (Did you get the Welcome Wagon event with the kava?) They show up, they use your stuff, they act like they live there, and they don't leave, although door locks did work for me. In my save, the Greenbergs showed up daily to sit in my garden at my picnic table chatting for 6 hours. They would also come over to make out on my front porch because we had the Free Love NAP.
It didn't occur to me because you said "at all hours" and this bug seems to happen daily and draw neighbor Sims to your lot.
Just google crinrict unwanted visitors, he/she is here a hero and the site explained why this occurs. The good news you are not alone with this, the bad news this is a thing since 2019. Most player recommandet to lock your doors for all except household, this is the only sulation which worked for me in a vanilla game.
I use LittleMsSams -> force to leave mod in my other game for this problem.
