Randomly Burnt Sims

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? High School Years, Cottage Living, Cats & Dogs, My Wedding Stories, Backyard Stuff, and Holiday Celebration.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure.
What happens when the bug occurs? I was playing a 3 sim household (2 young adults, 1 toddler) and all 3 were in different rooms. Suddenly all three look burnt like they were in a fire but there was no fire and all 3 are showing clean on their status bars. I had re-enabled needs decay on one who I'd temporarily turned decay off for, but the glitch didn't happen right away. He also went outside and changed right before. I believe when he changed to go outside is when they all appeared burnt.
What do you expect to see? No burnt people.

After saving and re-entering they are clean.
