8nffysa2gk4j​ Looks like non-updated mods. Start with making sure you're on the current versions of things like Better BuildBuy and TOOL Mod. Note that for those two you have to use the version linked from TwistedMexi's website. If you made NO changes the other day in your Mods folder, make sure you don't have a syncing program like OneDrive or iCloud syncing your Sims folders:
