@theoneandonlyk  You can't split the base game and packs: they all need to be located in the same place.  What error message are you getting exactly?  Please post a screenshot.

And does your computer run Windows or macOS?  If Windows, please run a dxdiag, while your storage device is connected, and attach it to a post.
