Re: Acting career cannot be joined

After several tests, I finally got the reason of the actor career bug: it was caused by the mod that increases the gig salary. The reason I didn't get the correct message pop up must be that I did not quit the current job and get a new actor career (or get a new save).

I guess maybe not only the mod altering the payment that would cause the issue, but all the mods that would have something changed within the actor career which came out before 1.63 and never got updated after would be a problem. 

I would leave the solution here in case anyone had the same problem.
