When I tried to remove all the cc's that looked broken there, my game opened. The only thing I found strange is that after the update usually 3 or 5 cc would break, sometimes even not at all. But this time, the 617 cc's condition looks bad. When I downloaded the cc package file, which seemed to be corrupt, again from the internet and added it, it did not appear to be corrupt. In this case, if I re-download all the corrupted cc's after the update, it will probably be fixed. But 617 cc is really too much. So I'm looking for a way to fix it.

In your 2nd pic, it is showing that you have a file that is not for Sims 4. I accidentally downloaded a Sims 3 CC file once and it caused the game to crash when it tried to load. You could have the same thing going on. So, remove that file and see if your game will load without crashing.
