In your 2nd pic, it is showing that you have a file that is not for Sims 4. I accidentally downloaded a Sims 3 CC file once and it caused the game to crash when it tried to load. You could have the same thing going on. So, remove that file and see if your game will load without crashing.

It is the first one listed in that pic. Elliesimple_fTop_RippedSweater.package.
