@eveenings  I've merged your post with the master thread for issues with using mods.  It sounds like you're not adding the mods to the folder Sims 4 is reading.  Here's how to find that folder:

Compare the file path there to the one where you're looking for a Mods folder.  The two need to match exactly, for example if one is in OneDrive and the other is not, that would explain the problem.  You should also find an empty Mods folder in the location the game is reading.
