@BasiSK28 You're looking in the wrong location. The Mods folder is stored in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4; this is the user folder. The Sims 4 folder in your screenshot contains the game's program files, not the user data.

As a side note, I would strongly recommend uninstalling Sims 4 and reinstalling it to a location that's not inside Documents. OneDrive is currently syncing the program files, which in addition to unnecessarily taking up a lot of cloud storage (and possibly forcing you to pay extra for more storage), any hiccup with OneDrive could prevent you from updating or repairing the game, or even force you to reinstall at a later date.

The default install location of C:\Program Files\EA Games is fine, but so is almost any other location that's not inside Documents.

Hi again,
After reading and re-reading your reply, I did some digging, I believe, I have found the folder that you was talking about. Honestly, I have not seen that far location in every year I thought it disappeared with the update that I had.
What has seemed to be my problem was that I may have had a shortcut or connected mod folders with the file in the screenshot and the ones in the user folder. So when I was updating in the games program files, it was automatically updating in the user data. I don’t know what happened recently as to why it stopped but I’m assuming the connection between the two folders has stopped.
I am waiting for the game to fully download and see if that has changed since I’ve had the updated mod folders in the user files.
