From what I see in your pic, there is no aspiration in the game with that milestone. So, it has to be a custom one. Your problem is probably caused by a custom aspiration so I suggest you remove them and see if the problem clears up. Then you can put them back one at the time and test to see if the problem comes back. When it does, then you'll know which one is the problem.

I know this thread is like, 2 years old, but the issue is the milestone popping up. That's the glitch. It's not custom one either, since I'm facing the same issue but I don't have a single aspiration mod. I'm facing this same issue right now, and I can't play because of it either, so I was hoping someone would have the answer to this.
