im having this problem too, i have no clue which mod breaks this since its not any of my script mods. Have you found the issue yet?

@Lily12345lol1234 Script mods aren't the only ones that could interfere. Try testing with no mods at all. (Remember to delete localthumbcache after dragging the Mods folder to your desktop.)

Okay I finally found out what it was, apparently I downloaded a mod which only shows the last stage of the aspiration. I don't recall downloading this at all but im glad I found it. The package file was called: kyLifetimeAspirationsBaseGame_v04
I hope this helps anyone with the same issue
@Lily12345lol1234 That one's been long broken, but NeedCoffee4That (NC4T) took it over. It's now called "Lifetime Aspirations Reworked".
That one will cause the same issue because it is made to only have 1 level of aspirations. If you want levels youll have to remove that mod. I made the same mistake because I didnt read the description carefully lol
