Could you attach a screenshot to your post please of the options you're seeing under Hire A Service?

@elymarti Any mods in your game ? Did you do a game repair ? Does it appear when you click on the community board ?

Good Day, when I click on community board and want to hire a ranch hand, it takes me to my hire a service on my phone but there is no tab for hire a ranch hand. I do have mods in my game? What should I do?

@Charone30 Remove your mods and test without them. Does sound like a mod conflict in your case.
