@nadineabdoun Do you use mods or custom content, and if so, does this problem happen if you remove the Mods folder? You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
Additionally, do you see an error code when you're kicked back to the map? If so, please post a screenshot of the error or write out the full number you see.

Yes,I do use mods and cc but when I get kicked out I don’t get any messages or number it’s like i didn’t even click on a household in the first place.
@nadineabdoun Could you please test without mods? Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem.
If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it. If you do still have the problem, that changes the nature of what we're looking for.
