you seem to have an issue with a milestone that was on a cc that you removed from the game.

Try this mod: https://www.patreon.com/posts/mod-milestone-81237568  (File 2: CC/Mod Object Fix). 

Make sure script mods are turned on, start the game and load the family. Once it loaded, save the game under a new name (to have backup) and then you can remove the mod again. I'm unsure if you need to load into each family that has issues before removing or not.

There are also some other LEs but these are older and from a modded game so they're probably not relevant to the current issue.

am i able to just keep this mod in, to prevent this from happening again? i'm familiar with lumpinou's mods and actually used this one awhile back, but deleted it when cleaning my mods folder.

There should be no harm to keep it in.
