Hi @Cozy_Comet! Headless Aliens are caused by outdated CC, usually default skins or the like. Sims 4 Studio now has a batchfix for it.

How do i do the batch fix?
@MangoCheese15 Install the current version of Sims 4 Studio. The batch fix is done in that and is accessed from the menus on top bar the main screen. Make sure that you don't use a batch fix on any default CC - only on nondefault CC. Sims 4 Studio has a website for support.
