No, I'm not using mods or CC at all
@Riverleigh Hello! Just to clarify, you're talking about shift+click to get the cheat menu, correct? If so, are you seeing the other cheat options like "reset object", "modify in CAS", etc.?

Yes that's right... I shift click the sim to get the cheat menu to cheat needs and make happy or disable needs decay, but neither of those options are there at all.
@Riverleigh Does this happen for other sims and other households? Perhaps try a new save to see if it happens there. Have you tried repairing the game in Origin?

You need to first enter testingcheats true in the cheat console before shift-click works.

Yes, I do that. And it still doesn't work.

It doesn't work for anyone, and yes I've tried a new save and repairing my game.
@Riverleigh That's a bummer! The only other thing I can think of right now is to try resetting the game, the steps for which are provided by @crinrict in this thread.
