Re: Cookout Scenario: Fried fish competition not registering

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All that are currently available.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try playing the Grill Master Scenario
What happens when the bug occurs? I keep making excellent grilled fish dishes but it never marks it off the list as completed, cooking needs to be at least level 5 to get it and I am beyond that, I have made several excellent fried fish and nothing.
What do you expect to see? I use the grill and choose fried fish, it requires fish and you must make an excellent dish for it to be marked off the list for the Grill Master Scenario, I have made at least 3 excellent grilled fish dishes and expect to see it marked off the task list, but it remains on there unchecked and saying it still needs to be completed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I guess it came after the lasted patch when the Scenario was added to the game.

Grill Master Scenario doesn't give you credit for the Excellent Grilled Fish plate, I have made 3 so far and it is still on the to do list of the scenario.

    @crinrict Great, it is a grilling challenge so I made them with the GRILL, and now I only make impeccable, so I am never going to be able to complete this Scenario. This is beyond annoying and the other things wrong with this game make it almost impossible to enjoy anymore. I am about to just give up and stop wasting my money! *Very Frustrated*

    @crinrict Yes, I mean the cook out one, but it is to perfect the art of grilling, so to me it would make sense to use the Grill. I am going to have to start my Scenario all over again, because I can't make something lower then my skill.

    @kalra1978  Clarification: What crinrict is saying is the specific dish you select to Grill is the "Fried Fish Plate", as opposed to the other fish dish. I had this same issue.

    @kalra1978 I merged your post with the existing thread then.

    Not sure if it's a bug that it's not on the grill or if it was done on purpose

    If you can't find the recipe it might have to do with the simple lot challenge which seems to have a bug which makes the new recipes unavailable.

    @crinrict I have the recipe - IT doesn't count weather you make it on the grill, fridge or stove, but honestly I don't know if that is true considering I can't make excellent anymore, I make the higher version, and being this is a TIMED scenario you think someone might want to get to fixing it!

    @maud61294 Which one is that? Cause the higher your cooking level is the more recipes open up, so maybe you aren't high enough yet?

    Hey @kalra1978 we normally would ask that you not post multiple times in a row in quick succession. I understand that you are replying to multiple people hence the multiple posts but going forward maybe see if possible to condense the posts into one or two

    @EA_Darko Sorry I am new to the forums, I will try to do my best in the future not to talk to more then one person. Also, for anyone else having trouble with this part of the cook out scenario. Don't make a single serving of the Fried Fish Plate, make sure you do multi-servings a single serve will not complete it off the list, and thank you to whomever told me it was the Fried Fish Plate that I needed to make - it has done the trick and I am on to the next part of the Scenario!

    That’s the problem it’s not on the grill. It’s a stove cooked item which doesn’t make sense for this scenario.
