Re: CURRENT ISSUE: many .package mods + cc not loading

Most of my CC disappeared from current save after latest EA update. Yes, I enabled Mods and restarted the game. I also tried redownloading all my CC and even recovering a previous save, repairing the game, deleting thumbcache folder- everything, but none of it worked. It's super random, script mods still work, but about 95% of my CC disappeared. No logic to it.

It's so weird, it's as if the game somehow doesn't read the files anymore? Bc for example, I could see the content in the previous save, but once I clicked to use it, the CC disappeared. All my sims are bald and/ or naked now -- SOS.

Same here, I have some CC that showed up once I resumed my save, and then a bunch that was just straight up missing... my mod manager shows the CC in my mod folder, so I know it's not the mod itself, I'm so frustrated because it impacted my forever save- I've been rebuilding for weeks now

currently repairing the game to see if that fixes things, I really hope it does. I also deleted all the mods I noticed weren't working and redownloaded them, hopefully it's just a bad bug the devs will fix asap.

Hey there, we have a fix for the issue that was unintentionally impacting CC. This update will start rolling out roughly within the next 15 hours & we’ll confirm once it’s live.
Thanks for your reports & patience while we worked to resolve this asap!
Here's to hoping. I've played TS4 since it came out but only recently got into the mods, so I'm bummed to say the least.
