@sientjuh26 what happens if you filter your items ? Do you have a debug items option there ?
Have you already tried renaming your user folder and deleting your locathumbcache file ?

I'm having this same issue as well as another that I just posted, I hadn't seen this thread beforehand. The new stuff shows debug but the older items do not.
Hi, indeed no mods or cheats used. Just to clarify though, the new items are not named debug. The items showing are actuald ebug items as if I used the cheat showhiddenobjects.
No mods, no CC, no cheat codes. The filters work kinda, it does no take out the debug items completely. It sortof works as a workaround but is not a fix to the problem.

Have you tried that as well ? I repaired my game and that seems to have fixed it, thanks!
