Re: Deleted item from gallery, can I get it back

Hi @RyeEncoke,

No, neither reinstalling nor repairing the game will bring them back, but do not worry, it's much more easier!

  1. Go to Documents \ Electronic Arts \ The Sims 4
  2. Move the file TrayDeletedItems to your desktop
  3. Open your game

All the lots should be in your library again 😉  If so, and you are not missing anything, you can delete the file we moved to your desktop.

    wow!!!   that worked!!!   I had deleted two items, no idea what they were, wrote down the names of the lots I had and counted them up, did what you said and got the two lots back and confirmed by checking names of lots....

    ....thanks SO much, such a simple solution.

    any idea of what i should do if i dont have the TrayDeletedItems folder?

    Hi @BruhItsGingy 

    it's a single file not a folder.

    Should be here: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\

    You will only have that if you deleted Maxis households/lots from your library, not if you deleted your own.
