Could you try letting the game make a new game folder?
- Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\
- Rename the 'The Sims 4' folder to something like 'The Sims 4 old'
- Start the game, this will create a new folder.
- Test the game, if it works fine start moving folders from 'The Sims 4 old' over to the new folder.- Kanojo_Ro8 years agoRising Rookie
I have also tried that, is there just no way to fix this?
- crinrict8 years agoHero+@Kanojo_Ro Could you upload the Sim to the gallery ? What kinds of mods/cc were you using ?
- Kanojo_Ro8 years agoRising Rookie
Sure thing no problem. My ID on the gallery is Kanojo_Ro, they are going to be named under Deformed Ears. You might need to also enable the advanced option because I do use cc. Thank you so much, again
I had mods like:
Mc Command
UI Cheat Extension
Wicked Whims
Torture & Chaos
Road to Fame
Children and toddlers can die of anything
No Inappropriate Family Friends
Hire DJ Bartenders
Aom Selectable pets
Basemental Drugs
More columns
Extreme Violence

I'll check it out later today.
Are you using any kind of custom eyes, skins or other cas parts that aren't just clothing and accessory ?EDIT: Only way I found to fix this was to completely change the face. Was she born this way or did you create her ? Do you remember when it went wrong ?

Yeah, I discovered that too. She is a created sim. I don't really remember her ears being this way when I created her, I just know seeing her ears one day and thought it looked weird and have tried to fix them. I am not sure what custom content was in my game at the time that would cause drastic things like morphing body parts, anything else that is custom content has done nothing to my sims/game.
Thank you so much though for your time, and help.

Wished I had a better solution.
Maybe someone in a cc forum/discord/whatever has seen this before and would know more ?
It's hard to tell what's causing this but as long as cc can't be ruled out, I don't think there's much more we can do here to help you. It's funny how the kid inherited them too.
- Kanojo_Ro8 years agoRising RookieYeah, I'll try and see if anyone can figure things out. Looking at the kid I thought it was just some weird genetic, Thank you so much again.
I just had this problem with one of my toddlers I found tho that if you click on one of the default cheeks it fixes the problem
