@mynameisnotita  Mods go in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods, so open Documents and see if you can find the folder.  Make sure you're in the local version of Documents, as in, the one stored on your computer; one common pitfall is that players look in the version of Documents in OneDrive (Windows) or iCloud (macOS).

And if you're still not finding that folder, please post the full file path to your user folder, and also let me know whether the username is the same as the name you use to sign into your computer.
