@jsophiak  This is usually caused by an outdated mod, for example one that affects the user interface or one of TwistedMexi's mods.  So please try removing those, if you have any, and delete localthumbcache.package as well.

If that doesn't help or you don't have any of those mods, move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache (again).  If the game works again, you can start adding back your mods and testing.  If you have a lot of files to go through, the 50/50 method can make the process more efficient:
