@Ella033    Hi!  Yes, I can confirm the issue as you have reported it.  It's really disappointing and frustrating that my sims do not dress in the unlocked lab coat outfit assigned as the work uniform for the clinic. 

This outfit isn't even one of my sim's saved outfits ... smh

Edit:  I just double-checked my clinic settings and noticed that the uniforms reverted to the original outfits.

And even then my sim did not change out of his Everyday outfit...
