@JRmilek crincrit is right, it's Strangerville, and it's locked. The easiest way to get access to it, if you don't use mods (I'm not sure if there's a mod), might be to download a sim from the gallery that is designed to unlock all CAS items and add them to your family (search CAS unlock as the item name). Then delete the sim and you'll have access to everything. Of course, you will not be able to work towards unlocking things in CAS then.

    @amanda-amethyst Thanks a lot... I have a lot of locked items that show up in the catalog with a padlock icon and a darker thumbnail. I never knew there were locked items that were hidden... Thanks for taking time to answer my post.
