@kaybanks12 Are you using mods/cc in your game ? If so, have you tested without ?

yes I am using mods and cc, but no I haven't. would I have to take everything out of the folder to test it?
- @kaybanks12 Move your mods folder to the desktop, delete the locatlhumbcache file and backup your saves. Then start the game and test if it occurs still.
