Sounds like a mod-related issue. Try removing/disabling your mods to see if the issue persists.
Also, see if any of the mods you use have been updated, since some of them is likely to cause issues with the UI.

@Cartooniack1994THANK YOU SO MUCH! I tried to remove the mods and it worked! Now I just have to figure out what mod is exactly causing the problem. Thanks again!
