I checked the Gallery for a lot by that name made by Maxis and couldn't find it. I also checked for the lot name of Costal Colonial Mansion and couldn't find that either. But I took a guess thinking that you might have misspelled the name and found a ton of lots with the name Coastal Colonial Mansion. All that I checked were on a 50x40 lot and a lot of them looked like the same house more or less, so it looks like a lot of people used the same base lot to modify and reupload. So maybe the original was deleted from the Gallery at some point or you downloaded one of the other lots with that name that people have changed and uploaded.
One thing that would be helpful is if you could upload a couple screenshots or pictures of the lot so we can see what the lot looks like and what you mean about the floors.

i will look if i can make screenshots. so on the ffirst storey the floor is gone and when i go to the secong storey and look on the outsided of the house (second floor) i see the floor of the first storey
- @Starly99games It would be good if you could also screenshot the lot in the gallery as CGrant and I both can't find it.
- @crinrict so i couldnt make any screenshots bc i didnt save the progress and i made a new house and i also searched up the house and it looks like it got deleted but what i saw was that when you switched to the second floor you could see the floor of the first floor on the outside of the house hope this helps a little bit^^

You don't have the issue with any other houses, right ? - @crinrict No this is the only house i had any issues with.
