Re: How can I fix my Sims 4 download?

Every time I open the launcher from Origin to play a saved game, the saves never appear and I have to create a new household. Is that happening for anyone else?

@koos4me48 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? If Windows, please look for any stray Sims 4 files or folders in OneDrive. If you have a Mac, please see this thread:
