Hi! if I understood you correctly, you need this button. but keep in mind that it only appears when you are photographing a sim with camera. you can’t change poses, using the phone.

Yes you can on console. On ps4 when I take a selfie with a phone it says to switch pose selection I just have to hit the square button, and then each different d pad direction button you press it switches the pose. I just can't figure out how to do it with a keyboard since I started playing sims with it.
